(a) by the Commissioner, or a person acting under the direction of the Commissioner, or
(b) by an authorised inspector,does not subject the Commissioner, person or authorised inspector personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the thing was done, or omitted to be done, in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act.
