COMMERCIAL AGENTS AND PRIVATE INQUIRY AGENTS ACT 2004 - SECT 35
Authorised inspectors
(1) The regulations may prescribe classes of persons from whom
authorised inspectors may be appointed under this section.
(2) The
Commissioner may, from a class of persons so prescribed, appoint any person as
an authorised inspector.
