COMMERCIAL AGENTS AND PRIVATE INQUIRY AGENTS ACT 2004 - SECT 27
Obstruction of authorised inspectors
A person must not obstruct or hinder an authorised inspector in the exercise
of the inspector’s functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty
units.
