COMMERCIAL AGENTS AND PRIVATE INQUIRY AGENTS ACT 2004 - SECT 14
Duration of operator licence
Subject to section 16 (1), an operator licence has effect for either one year
or 5 years from the date on which it is granted, as specified in the licence.
