95 Fees and charges
(1) Any fee or charge payable under this Act--
(a) may
be paid by such instalments as may be allowed by the person levying the fee or
charge, and
(b) may be reduced or waived in respect of persons in receipt of
a pension, benefit or allowance under the Social Security Act 1991 of the
Commonwealth.
(2) The regulations may make provision as to the following--
(a) the minimum number of instalments that may be allowed.
(b) the minimum
intervals that may be allowed between each instalment.
