COMPANION ANIMALS ACT 1998 - SECT 88A
Advisory committees
88A Advisory committees
(1) The Director-General may establish advisory
committees to assist in the administration of this Act and to advise the
Director-General on such matters as the Director-General determines.
(2) The
constitution, functions and procedure of an advisory committee are to be as
determined by the Director-General.
