(1) There is established in the Special Deposits
Account an account to be called the Companion AnimalsFund into which is to be
paid--
(a) registration fees, permit fees and all other fees paid under this
Act (other than any fee or charge payable to a council for the purposes of
Part 7 or under section 58H), and
(b) such money as may be appropriated by
Parliament for payment into the Fund, and
(d) the proceeds of the investment
of money in the Fund, and
(e) all money required to be paid into the Fund by
or under this or any other Act.
