Obstruction or hindrance of person executing coronial investigation scene order44 Obstruction or hindrance of person executing coronial investigation scene order

A person must not, on production to the person of a coronial investigation
scene order, obstruct or hinder the person to whom the order was issued in the
exercise of his or her powers under this Chapter arising by virtue of the
order.
: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
