Protection from liability
101O Protection from liability
(1) A matter or thing done or omitted by the Team, a member of the Team or a
person acting under the direction of the Team does not, if the matter or thing
was done or omitted in good faith for the purposes of executing this or any
other Act, subject the member of the Team or person so acting personally to
any action, claim or demand in respect of that matter or thing.
(2) However,
any such liability attaches instead to the Crown.
