(1) The Team must prepare, within the period of 4 months after 30 June 2017
and then every 2 years after that, and furnish to the Presiding Officer of
each House of Parliament, a report on domestic violence deaths reviewed in the
previous 2 years.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the report may include
the following--
(a) identification of systemic and procedural failures that
may contribute to domestic violence deaths,
(b) recommendations as to
legislation, policies, practices and services for implementation by government
and non-government agencies and the community to prevent or reduce the
likelihood of such deaths,
(c) details of the extent to which its previous
recommendations have been accepted.
