CHIROPRACTORS ACT 2001 - SECT 81
Right of review
81 Right of review
(1) A person may apply to the appropriate review body for
a review of a prohibition order in respect of the person or of an order of the
Board, the Chairperson or a Deputy Chairperson, the Tribunal or the Supreme
Court: (a) that the registration of the person is suspended, or
(b) that the
person’s name be removed from the Register or that the person not be
re-registered, or
(c) that conditions be imposed on the person’s
registration.
(2) A person may also apply to the appropriate review body for
a review of an order made under this Division.
(3) An application for review
of an order may not be made: (a) while the terms of the order provide that an
application for review may not be made, or
(b) while an appeal under this
Part to the Tribunal or the Supreme Court in respect of the same matter is
pending.
