CHIROPRACTORS ACT 2001 - SECT 58

58 Tribunal to be notified of suspensions

If the Board suspends a registered chiropractor from practising chiropractic under section 54, the Board must notify the Chairperson that it has taken that action as soon as practicable after making the order and, in any event, within 7 days.
