New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Board or the Tribunal may exercise any power or combination of powers conferred on it by this Division if the Board (pursuant to an inquiry at a meeting of the Board under Division 4) or the Tribunal finds the subject-matter of a complaint of a kind referred to in section 26 (2) to have been proved or the person admits to it in writing to the Board or the Tribunal.
