Exercise of Registrar’s functions
5B Exercise of Registrar’s functions
(1) The functions expressed to be conferred or imposed on the “Registrar”
by or under this Act are to be exercised by the Director-General of the
Department of Fair Trading.
(2) For that purpose, a reference in this Act to
the Registrar is to be read as a reference to the Director-General of the
Department of Fair Trading.
