CO-OPERATIVES ACT 1992 - SECT 21

21 Incorporation and certificate of registration

(cf Vic Act s 21)

(1) The incorporation of the co-operative takes effect on the registration of the co-operative.

(2) On the registration of the co-operative, the Registrar must issue a certificate of registration.
