(1) Subject to subsection (2), a special resolution has effect from the date that it is passed.
(2) A special resolution relating to any of the following has no effect until it is registered:(a) the removal of an auditor,(b) the expulsion of a member,(c) any matter for which a special resolution is required to be passed by special postal ballot (other than a special postal ballot in favour of a voluntary winding up).
