Restriction on voting entitlement under power of attorney
183 Restriction on voting entitlement under power of attorney
A person is not entitled to exercise, under a power of attorney, the power of
a member of a co-operative to vote if the person has that power in respect of
another member of the co-operative under another power of attorney.
