CO-OPERATIVES ACT 1992 - SECT 13

13 Types of co-operatives

(cf Vic Act s 13)

(1) A body may be registered under this Act as a co-operative.

(2) A co-operative may be either:

(a) a trading co-operative, or

(b) a non-trading co-operative.
