CREDIT ACT 1984 - SECT 4

4 Act binds Crown

(1) Except where otherwise expressly provided by this Act, this Act binds the Crown not only in right of New South Wales but also, so far as the legislative power of Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.

(2) This Act applies to and in respect of the Crown in any of its capacities to the same extent as if the Crown were, in that capacity, a body corporate.
