New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA coroner appointed under this Act, irrespective of whether he or she is appointed to be a coroner at a specified place or in and for this State, has all the jurisdiction, powers and duties conferred or imposed on coroners by or under this Act but, unless appointed to the office of State Coroner or Deputy State Coroner, does not have any of the jurisdiction, powers and duties of either of those offices.
