Coroner and jury not to view body or scene of fire or explosion
29 Coroner and jury not to view body or scene of fire or explosion
A view of the remains of a deceased person or of the scene of a fire or
explosion shall not, upon any inquest or inquiry be taken by the coroner or,
where there is a jury, by the jury unless the coroner deems it advisable to be
done.
