New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA Magistrate has, by virtue of his or her office, all the jurisdiction, powers and duties conferred or imposed on coroners by or under this or any other Act and shall be taken to be a coroner, but, unless appointed to the office of State Coroner or Deputy State Coroner, does not have any of the jurisdiction, powers and duties of either of those offices.
