New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Governor may fix the time and place for holding every Session of the Legislative Council and Assembly, and may change or vary such time or place as he may judge advisable and most consistent with general convenience and the public welfare, giving sufficient notice thereof. He may also prorogue the Legislative Council and Assembly by proclamation or otherwise whenever he deems it expedient.
