CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 66B
Attempting, or assaulting with intent, to have sexual intercourse with child under 10
66B Attempting, or assaulting with intent, to have sexual intercourse with
child under 10
Any person who attempts to have sexual intercourse with another person who is
under the age of 10 years, or assaults any such person with intent to have
sexual intercourse, shall be liable to imprisonment for 25 years.
