CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 154D

154D Stealing firearms

(1) A person who steals a firearm is liable to imprisonment for 14 years.

(2) In this section:
"firearm" has the same meaning as in the Firearms Act 1996 , and includes an imitation firearm within the meaning of that Act.
