BETTING TAX ACT 2001 - SECT 23

23 Repeals

The following laws are repealed:

(a) the Bookmakers (Taxation) Act 1917 ,

(b) the Bookmakers (Taxation) Amendment Act 1991 ,

(c) the Bookmakers (Taxation) Regulation 1996 ,

(d) the Racing Taxation (Betting Tax) Act 1952 ,

(e) the Racing Taxation (Betting Tax) Amendment Act 2000 .
