Notice to be given of certain matters
74 Notice to be given of certain matters
(1) A person (other than a council) who is appointed as the principal
certifying authority in relation to development must give notice, in
accordance with this section, to the person who made the appointment of: (a)
the suspension or cancellation of the relevant certificate of accreditation,
or
(b) any change in the certificate of accreditation or conditions imposed
on it that would prevent the appointed person from carrying out the person’s
duties as principal certifying authority for the development.
Maximum
penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) A person who is required to give a notice
under this section must give the notice in writing within 7 days after the
person becomes aware of the matters to which the notice relates.
