BUILDING PROFESSIONALS ACT 2005 - SECT 26
Withdrawal of complaint
(1) A complaint may be withdrawn at any time by the complainant.
(2) However,
the Board may continue to deal with the matter the subject of the complaint if
it appears to the Board that the matter raises an issue of
professional misconduct or unsatisfactory professional conduct of an
accreditation holder.
