Power to remove or alter conditions

13 Power to remove or alter conditions

The Board may at any time:

(a) alter or remove conditions imposed by an order under this Division, or
(b) change the period for which an order under this Division has effect (subject to section 15), or
(c) revoke an order under this Division.
