BOARD OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACT 1994 - SECT 7
Functions of the Board
(1) The Board: (a) has such functions as are necessary or convenient to enable
it to achieve its objects, and
(b) has such other functions as are conferred
on it by or under this or any other Act or law.
(2) In the exercise of its
functions, the Board is subject to the control and direction of the Minister.
