BUSINESS NAMES ACT 2002 - SECT 16
General
16 General
(1) Two or more notices under this Division may be combined in a single
document.
(2) The Director-General may allow further time for the giving of
notice required by this Division, and any notice given within that further
time is taken to have been duly given.
(3) An offence under this Division of
failing to give notice within a specified period is taken to continue for each
day after the end of that period during which the notice remains not given.
