Scheme of arrangement
6A Scheme of arrangement
(1) The Government Insurance Office may, for the purposes of this Act,
participate in any scheme of arrangement in relation to the Company.
(2) The
regulations may make provision for or with respect to any matter under this
Act which is affected by any such arrangement.
