Land vested in trustees for the erection thereon of a trades hall

1 Land vested in trustees for the erection thereon of a trades hall

All the estate, right, title, and interest to the land described in Schedule hereto is hereby vested in a board of trustees consisting of one representative from each of the registered trades unions in the county of Yancowinna, whether affiliated or not with the Barrier Labour Federation, the said trustees to be elected from time to time under the provisions of the by-laws of each of such trades unions. Such trustees shall be trustees for the purposes of the Trades Hall, and shall be superseded from time to time by their successors as elected under such by-laws; and the said land shall be vested in the said trustees from time to time without the necessity for any conveyance or assignment whatsoever, and the trustees for the time being shall administer the provisions of this Act as though they had been the original trustees until their successors be elected, but subject to the conditions hereinafter expressed, and on trust for the erection and maintenance on the said land of a hall for the use of Trades Unions registered under the Trades Union Act 1881 .
