9 Expenses of Public Trustee

All expenses incurred by the Public Trustee in the exercise and discharge of the rights, powers, authorities, duties and functions conferred and imposed on the Public Trustee by or under this Act shall, unless Parliament otherwise declares, be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament.
