BRITISH HOME SUPPLIES PTY., LIMITED (INVESTIGATION) ACT 1942 - SECT 8

8 Duration of Act

(1) The Governor may, at any time after the Public Trustee has furnished his report pursuant to section three of this Act, by notification published in the Gazette, revoke the appointment of the Public Trustee as inspector under this Act.
Upon the revocation of such appointment the provisions of sections three, four and five of this Act shall cease to have effect.

(2) Subject to subsection one of this section this Act shall continue in force until Parliament otherwise provides.
