New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA member of the Trust, and any other person, bona fide exercising a function in relation to trust property pursuant to this Act or any by-law or pursuant to any regulation or direction of an Assembly, and their executors and administrators, shall be entitled to be indemnified out of trust property against all expenses and liabilities incurred by them in connection with the exercise by them of the function.
