30 Power to retire

(1) Without limiting any other power conferred upon the Trust by this Act, the Trust may at any time of its own motion decline to act as trustee in respect of property which would otherwise be vested in the Trust (except property that is so vested by or pursuant to section 16, 17, 18 or 19).
