New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Trust may, by writing under its common seal, expressly empower any person, in respect of any specified matter, as its agent or attorney to execute any deed, contract, agreement or other instrument on its behalf, and any such document signed by any such agent or attorney on behalf of the Trust and under his or her seal shall bind the Trust and have the same effect as if it were under its common seal.
