BOTANY CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM ACT 1972 - SECT 7

7 Transfer of property etc of trustees of the crematorium to the crematorium trust

The provisions of section six of this Act apply to and in respect of the trustees of the crematorium and the crematorium trust in the same manner as they apply to and in respect of the trustees of the cemetery and the cemetery trust.
