BOTANY CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM ACT 1972 - SECT 17
Regulations
17 Regulations
(1) The Governor may make regulations under this Act for or with respect to
prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or permitted to be
prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for the
purpose of carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) The regulations may
be made so as to differ according to time or circumstances.
