(1) The Minister may, by order
published in the Gazette at any time before it expires, extend the period for
which any biodiversity certification remains in force.
(2) A
biodiversity certification may be extended in conjunction with a modification
of the certification in accordance with this Part.
(3) An assessment for the
purposes of extending a biodiversity certification may take account of the
impact of conservation measures that have already been implemented in
connection with the biodiversity certification.
