12.27 Application of Division
(1) This Division applies to the exercise of
powers under this Part only for the purposes referred to in section 12.2(2).
(2) However, this Division does not apply to the exercise of powers under this
Part to the extent that they relate to Part 5B of the Forestry Act 2012 .
