Entry to land to carry out remediation work
11.20 Entry to land to carry out remediation work
(1) A person required or
authorised to carry out remediation work under a remediation order may enter
the land concerned to carry out the work.
(2) Nothing in this Division
authorises a person to enter any part of premises used only for residential
purposes except with the consent of the occupier of the premises.
