(1) An authorised officer may enter any premises at any reasonable hour in the
daytime or at any hour during which business is in progress or is usually
carried on at the premises.
(2) A power to enter premises conferred by this
Act authorises entry by foot, vehicle, vessel or aircraft or by any other
means.
(3) Entry to any premises may be effected with or without the
authority of a search warrant.
(4) When exercising a power of entry under
this Part, an authorised officer may be accompanied by any assistants that the
authorised officer considers necessary.
