77 Cancellation of approval
(1) The Secretary may, by written notice to an accreditation authority, cancel
approval to exercise the functions of an accreditation authority if-- (a) the
Secretary is satisfied that there are grounds for the cancellation of
approval, or
(b) the accreditation authority applies for cancellation of
approval.
(2) Notice of the cancellation must specify-- (a) the date or time
from which cancellation takes effect, and
(b) the grounds for the
cancellation.
