60 Effect of approval
(1) A body corporate that is approved to exercise the functions of an
accreditation authority may exercise those functions in accordance with this
Act.
(2) Nothing in this Act authorises or requires an
accreditation authority to act in contravention of the conditions or
limitations of the accreditation authority's approval as an
accreditation authority.
