Code of conduct
32 Code of conduct
(1) The regulations may prescribe a code of conduct for registered certifiers.
(2) The code of conduct may specify requirements relating to the carrying out
of certification work or the operation of a business that carries out
certification work.
(3) The regulations may create offences for failing to
comply with the code of conduct or provisions of the code of conduct.
