(1) The Secretary is to maintain a register of the particulars of
registrations and approvals as are required to be kept in the register by the
regulations.
(2) The register is to be in the form determined by the
Secretary and is to be freely available on the internet for inspection by the
public.
(3) Without limiting the particulars that may be prescribed by the
regulations with respect to the register, the regulations may require that the
register include any of the following particulars with respect to registration
or approval--
(a) details of the registration or approval including details of
the holder of the registration or approval,
(b) the results of any relevant
disciplinary determination,
(c) the results of any prosecutions under this
Act,
(d) details of any penalty notices issued,
(e) any instance of
non-compliance with an order of the Secretary or the Tribunal to do work or to
pay money,
(f) details of any warning notices published under this Part,
(g)
details of any conditions on the registration or approval,
(h) details of any
cancellation or suspension of the registration or approval.
(4) The Secretary
may remove any particular from, or otherwise amend, the register if the
particular is, in the opinion of the Secretary, false, erroneous, misleading
or unfairly prejudicial to the interests of the holder of the registration or
approval concerned.
