(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, delay, hinder or obstruct an
authorised officer in the exercise of the officer's functions under this Part.
: Maximum penalty--
(a) in the case of a corporation--40 penalty units, or
(b) in the case of an individual--20 penalty units.
(2) It is a defence to an
offence under this section if the person charged establishes that the
authorised officer failed to produce the authorised officer's certificate of
identification when requested to do so.
