50 Appeal against refusal of service credits

(1) A person may appeal to the Committee against a decision of the Corporation to refuse to accept in whole or in part or to consider an objection made by a registered worker under section 25.

(2) The Committee may, in determining an appeal under subsection (1), confirm the refusal or quash the decision of the Corporation and determine the objection made by the registered worker in accordance with this Act.
